PROJECT:

VOX- stands as a beacon of modern elegance while paying homage to the musical history of West Adams. 

The newly constructed mixed-use residential structure features high-end luxury condos, sophisticated townhomes, private social clubs, a recording studio, a dog bath, co-work spaces, a private gym, and vibrant retail spaces.

The design objective was to craft a seamless and cohesive aesthetic that flows effortlessly from the inviting front of house to the meticulously detailed back areas. Every element, from the grand entrance to the serene private spaces, was conceived to offer a harmonious living experience, embodying sophistication and style at every turn.

• Lead Senior Interior Architectural Designer, Project Manager, Team Lead

• Color and Material, Furniture, Lighting, Appliance, and Equipment Specification

• Presentations to AR Teams, Builders, and shareholders

• Code Compliance, ADA Compliance

• Submittals and RFI's

• Custom Lighting Design, Furniture Design, and Millwork Design

• Space Planning, Drafting, 3D Model, and Renders

• Coordination with consultants- including but not limited to MEP, ADA, Lighting, and Acoustics
